Chefs Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry test their recruits' taste buds to see who can successfully identify ingredients and navigate the supermarket aisles to locate them. For the skill drill challenge, recruits compete head-to-head and prepare tostadas. Then in the main dish cook, Anne and Tiffany teach their teams how to make fresh tortellini from scratch with sauce just like Nonna used to make! The recruits with the best dishes get another week in their basket, but the least successful recruits have to check out.
